We have been working with Peggy and her for the last 4 months tackling a much needed data clean up issue and learning how to use HawkSoft 6 to its fullest potential. Our agency enlisted Agency Transformation's help when we moved from TAM to HawkSoft v6. Working with Peggy was terrific, she helped us with so much in the system. Carrier setup, policy setup, custom policy titles, task templates, activity tags, training, etc, etc. Well worth it!
